D365 BC is a holistic approach for small, medium and upper mid-size companies to handle financing, production, supply chain, logistics and customer support. Customers have the choice of getting D365 BC deployed on-site or accessing it from the Microsoft cloud. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a full Microsoft ERP for the SMB group.

Microsoft replaced Dynamics NAV with Dynamics 365 Business Central, an improved and upgraded version specially designed for enterprise resource planning. Business Central has some of the exclusive features and enhancements over the original Dynamics NAV. Apart from the name change, the key difference between dynamics 365 business central and dynamics NAV is that business central is a cloud based software whilst Dynamics NAV is an on-premise software.

Microsoft dynamics 365 Business Central services helps in streamlining your processes, make smarter decisions, and accelerate growth and helps in providing with comprehensive business management solution designed for small to medium-sized businesses. It helps in accelerating or boosting the financial visibility by enhancing the financial chart performance and the forecasting accuracy whilst maintaining the security. It also allows you to track your financial performance.

Business Central can be purchased and can only be licensed on subscription that allows your organisation to only pay for what they want, which means each application can be purchased individually or as a whole depending on your organisations requirements.

Business central is browser based, within which you can perform your work and open additional tabs if necessary. This allows you to work anytime, anywhere, and from any device. The interface is also customisable, with each user able to personalise their homepage with custom colours and default start pages.

It gives you access to Real-Time Insights with Built-In Predictive Analytics. With Power BI, Cortana Intelligence and Azure Machine Learning embedded to the D365, you have access to predictive insights, prescriptive advice and actionable next steps.

Furthermore, It helps you to track and manage your sales order and procurement process through automatic workflows and dynamically modified inventory levels. You can avoid unwanted or illegal transactions by enforcing the permits, change the invoice posted in your financial management system and register the correction without any hassle.

Dynamics 365 Business Center draws together detailed operational knowledge, automates repetitive operations, integrates procedures and workflows, facilitates factual asset management, and provides managers with consistent insight on business results, margins, profitability and prospects for growth.
